Explore the ready catalog. Each county shows all distinct distressed property records and, separately, how many complete records are ready for delivery. Add the markets you want; your monthly total updates as you go.
Check out with your delivery email
That email is where your weekly lead brief and secure download links go. Each county is billed monthly, with a one-time $500 setup fee when you start or restart a subscription. An eligible promo code can reduce or waive that fee.
Receive your first files
The initial delivery contains all currently complete records for your counties. It is targeted for within one business day after your subscription is active.
Stay current each week
Each weekly brief summarizes the actual new records delivered, with a separate CSV per county. A week with no new qualifying records is reported plainly.
Manage billing securely
Use the account page to access Stripe’s email-verified billing portal, update a payment method, view invoices or cancel. Need to change counties, your delivery email or anything else? Ask support here.
What is a “complete” record?
A property and owner record with the required location, ownership and distress-event fields present. Files include property and mailing details, event types and relevant dates. Phone numbers and skip-traced contacts are not part of this product.
